Evidence items have been prepared for each participating MCPP municipality. The files are contained in a Zipped file. ZIP is a common file format that’s used to compress one or more files together into a single location. This reduces file size and makes it easier to transport or store. All the items for a municipality are contained in a single ZIP file. Items within the ZIP file are found in separate folders and it also contains GIS Shape files for selected items.

To access select the relevant municipality, upon selecting it a window opens to extract the files to a location the users choose. ZIP files can be opened by the Windows explorer or other compression software the user might have installed on his/her computer
